College Fix Assistant Editor Maggie Kelly, inspired by an article by prominent medical scholars, defends the use of the terms “women” and “mother” against gender-neutral alternatives in caring for women around the world.
“Desexing the language” has had “unintended consequences,” the scholars wrote.
These include confusion, the reduction of women to their parts, and the cultural imperialism of imposing American gender theory on women globally.
