Alex Welz was a Fall 2024 College Fix fellow at National Review. He is an assistant editor at the Washington Free Beacon. He received a BA in intelligence studies from Mercyhurst University before studying national security at the University of Haifa’s International School in Israel (MA). Alex’s work has been published in The National Interest and The Wall Street Journal, in addition to the College Fix.
