Eric Owens at The Daily Caller reports on Brooklyn College’s recent redesign of its logo, which used to be a silhouette of the iconic LaGuardia Hall clock tower erected in the 1930s.
But apparently some feminists on campus thought it looked like a giant penis, so now the logo has been redesigned into some pink and grey wording, an undertaking that apparently cost about $107,000 to come up.
“Keisha-Gaye Anderson, a spokeswoman for the taxpayer-funded school, would not divulge the source of the $107,000. She did swear it wasn’t government funds or tuition, though,” the Caller reports.
