As part of “Black History Month,” Georgia students were subjected to poetry that lionizes Barack Obama, and puts him on a pedestal as a civil rights hero alongside Rosa Parks and Martin Luther King, Jr.
Fox News reports:
Sometimes school employees take the rhetoric a bit too far and wind up in propaganda territory. The latest example comes from DeKalb County, Georgia.
For Black History Month, Livsey Elementary School created a cute display with the lines:
Rosa sat…so Martin could walk.
Martin walked…so Obama could run.
Obama ran…so our children could fly.
You’ve been put on notice: If your children “fly” into a bright sunny future, it’s all because a guy at a desk in an oval office in a White House in D.C. made them fly.
