ESPN reports that Dallas Cowboys star Dez Bryant is upset about the way the NCAA is treating Heisman winner Johnny Manziel, who has lately been caught up in a scandal over possibly accepting payment for autographs.
Bryant himself was suspended as a college athlete, and feels that the NCAA is not consistent with the way it hands out penalties and enforces rules.
